Say hello to Benny, a beautiful blonde Cocker Spaniel born in 2021, who is looking for a special home where he can learn to trust and feel safe. Benny is a young, healthy boy, but he’s very fearful of people and is known to be a fear biter. His past is a mystery to us, but we do know that he was surrendered by his previous owners, who were planning to put him to sleep. Fortunately, they reached out to us first to see if we could help Benny overcome his fears. We believe Benny has the potential to be a wonderful companion with the right guidance and care. We’re searching for an experienced home with someone knowledgeable about working with fearful dogs—someone who has the patience, time, and love to help Benny come out of his shell and learn to trust humans.
