Everyone, please welcome the beautiful Toby (DOB 2009). He was surrendered to us by his owner who said he could no longer care of him. Toby is a very sweet senior. He has dry eyes which will require prescription eye drops twice a day for the rest of his life. He is also hard-of-hearing, but otherwise seems healthy. Toby gets along with other dogs and he mentioned to us that a fenced yard would be nice, but not required. If you are interested in adopting Toby, please fill out an application at floridacocker.org.
