Forever Foster- Sparkie DOB Sept 2014 is a chocolate and white parti-colored cocker boy. Sparkie was abused badly as a puppy. He was extremely fearful of people when he came in to rescue. We have shown him a lot of love and tried to make him feel safe. He will remain his foster family.
