Ozzie’s story is a tough one: he was found in the woods, hungry and covered in fleas, by a kind lady who did her best to find his owners. After no one came forward, she hoped to keep him but couldn’t due to rental restrictions. Now, Ozzie is looking for a loving family to call his own.
