However, life took a turn when his dad married and they welcomed a new baby. Unfortunately, Cooper’s new mom did not want a dog around the baby, leading to Cooper being surrendered to our rescue. Cooper is a bigger Cocker Spaniel, full of love and energy. Despite the changes in his life, he has remained gentle and well-behaved, even around the new baby.
